This series will run on Tuesdays from 12-1:15 pm.
This 6-week series is a holistic, body-based approach to managing symptoms of depression. Students will learn the yogic lens of how depression impacts your body, breath and mind. Each week will introduce simple yoga tools to elevate your mood and create new patterns in your body, mind and spirit. Includes weekly handouts so you can use the practices at home.
