Designed as an intimate, mentor-based approach to learning yoga, select student teachers will learn the foundations of therapeutic yoga. This course is designed in the Hatha Kripalu lineage of yoga which honors the wisdom and intuition of each student. It will prepare students to teach foundational yoga classes as an RYT-200 yoga teacher or to continue their advanced studies to become certified yoga therapists at an accredited yoga therapy school. This is the only 200-hour teacher training in Eastern Washington led by a Certified Yoga Therapist.
