Flowing Tree Yoga studio offers open classes yet limits enrollment to create a small, consistent community and ensures students benefit from individualized instruction.
Class sizes are limited to 10 students.

Weekly Classes

As 2020 has brought many unexpected schedule changes due to COVID-19, ALL courses and sessions are currently being taught online. Limited in person openings are now available for studio classes with social distancing guidelines.

Please register for either ONLINE or IN PERSON using the link below. If you select ONLINE classes, you will receive a video chat link before the class or session begins.

Gentle Yoga

Mondays | 12:30pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:00am

This therapeutically based, trauma-sensitive class is appropriate for students with injuries, trauma history, or those seeking a calm, gentle experience. Students are given multiple modifications for poses during class, but should be able to get up and down from the floor. Taught by Anna Molgard.

Trauma-Sensitive Yoga

Thursdays
11:00am - 12:15 pm

Trauma-sensitive yoga is a follow up offering to the AWAKEN - Yoga for Trauma Recovery course and limited to course graduates. This series is designed to help students maintain their connection to tools of self-regulation through the practice of yoga. Students will experience a weekly check-in and then be guided through a gentle to moderate yoga practice. The class will be led with trauma sensitive language and self-regulating skills using yoga postures, breath work, mudras and trauma sensitive meditation techniques. Taught by Anna Molgard

Yoga for Empowerment

Saturdays 10:30-11:45 am
Tuesdays 6:30-7:45 pm

This trauma-sensitive offering includes gentle flows to allow students to recognize and engage in movements that feel easeful and empowering. Class sequences will also include themes of mindfulness emphasized through use of poetry, mudras, and body-based meditation practices. Students can expect a focus on body awareness and matching personal movement with breath. Multiple options will be given for each pose to allow students the opportunity to individualize their experience with verbal support from the instructor if requested. This class is appropriate for all levels of experience. Taught by Amanda Russell

Simple Yoga

Thursdays 5:30 - 6:45 pm & Saturdays 9:00 - 10:15 am - ONLINE ONLY

Simple Yoga is a gentle yet heat-building practice focusing on physical postures linked together with the movement of the breath. Meditation techniques are taught to promote relaxation and connection with the body, mind and heart. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. The teacher will offer a variety of modifications to encourage participation of all levels of students. Taught by Meggan Roberts


Registration including payment in advance is required.  Please plan accordingly as no refunds or class transfers are provided due to the limited availability of openings for classes.

Yoga Therapy Groups

Yoga therapy groups are offered multiple times per year. Please check our online booking page for latest dates and updates, particularly in light of 2020 public health concerns and potential cancellations, postponements, or online offerings.
