ARISE – Yoga for Depression
This 6-week series is a holistic, body-based approach to managing symptoms of depression. In this group, students will learn the yogic lens of how depression impacts your body, breath and mind. Each week will introduce simple yoga tools to elevate your mood and create new patterns in your body, mind and spirit. Course includes weekly handouts so you can use the practices at home. This course is designed for students with generalized depressive disorders. Those with a trauma history or combined anxiety / depressive disorders are encouraged to register for Awaken.

SUSTAIN - Yoga for Anxiety
This four week course is appropriate for individuals who are seeking holistic, body-based tools to help them manage the symptoms of their anxiety. The group yoga therapy experience will offer support, specific yoga practices and education each week. This course is designed for generalized anxiety disorders. Those with a trauma history or combined anxiety / depressive disorders are encouraged to register for Awaken. Handouts are included and individual application of yoga tools outside of the group is encouraged. Limited to 10 participants - course will be held ONLINE due to current local health restrictions.

AWAKEN – Yoga for Trauma Recovery
This 8-week series focuses on evidence-based education about trauma and its effects on the body and mind-body connection. Students will learn a new principle each week and then experience a simple yoga practice focused on that principle. Topics include dysregulation of the nervous system, power of choice, hormonal response to trauma, breath management, body-based meditation, use of self-generated affirmation, and more. This course includes a professionally designed workbook that includes all the handouts, worksheets and yoga practices from the course. Students with a medical diagnosis of PTSD must have a written letter from their medical or mental health provider stating readiness to participate in the group yoga therapy experience. This course will be provided all ONLINE using Zoom technology.

Rest & Renew: A Retreat for Mental Health Professionals
This unique offering is designed for mental health professionals to receive rest and care during this uniquely demanding time. This physically distanced yoga retreat is designed to help you unplug, unwind, and truly rest. You’ll be treated a deeply restful Self-Massage with Yoga Balls with live video instruction. Saturday morning includes a beautiful gentle yoga practice and body awareness session. You'll spend the afternoon learning yoga tools to help you with self-care at home and the office. Cost includes all activities with LIVE ONLINE zoom participation, a self-massage ball kit for you to keep, and handouts for the educational portion. You'll have the option to utilize a group discount rate at a luxurious downtown hotel where you can participate remotely and be pampered in your rest (not included in retreat price).
