Feeling depleted? Looking for ways to manage stress? Hoping to connect with creativity & vitality? Explore this unique, 6-week yoga therapy series designed to help you connect with six aspects of nurturing yourself. Each week we will explore a quality of self-care and learn specific yoga tools that will help nurture and sustain you in your life.

This yoga therapy group is appropriate for individuals seeking body-based tools to manage symptoms of burnout from caregiving, compassionate care or health-related fields.
